We provide introductory training on Quality and Six Sigma, giving you the basics to build upon. Our trainers are master black belt professionals who have experience in applying the tools and techniques of Six Sigma in several different industries. By bringing real world applications and examples into the learning environment, they bring theory to life.

All training material was developed in-house, and the specific content can be customized to your organization. We are currently offering 2 training courses that can be presented at your company’s facilities.

This short course (1-2 hours) provides a glimpse into the world of Six Sigma and the tools that are used to eliminate defects in any process. Participants will gain a high-level understanding of quality and Six Sigma. This seminar is excellent for executives and managers who are considering quality improvement initiatives.

This course introduces individuals to the fundamentals of quality and Six Sigma. Participants will gain a framework for making process improvements within their organization. Upon completion of the course, participants will be certified as “yellow belts”. These yellow belts will have gained the skills necessary to identify, monitor and control profit-eating practices in their own processes. They will also be prepared to feed that information to Six Sigma practitioners in their organization.

Course content includes: Introduction to Quality, Process Mapping, Data & Metrics, Measurement Systems Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Methods of Process Control.

Candidates should possess grade 12 level math and reading/comprehension skills.
